* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Sister M. Casilda Obringer
Burkettsville native Sister Mary Casilda Obringer, 88, died Nov. 9, 2012, at Maria Joseph Center, Dayton.
She was born April 17, 1924, to John and Theresa Hemmelgarn Obringer.
Surviving are four brothers, Edward, Jerome and Carl Obringer, all of Fort Recovery, and Ralph Obringer, Coldwater; and two sisters, Alvira Kaiser, Fort Recovery, and Dorothy Denney, Hamilton.
The former Hilda Obringer entered the Sisters of the Precious Blood Aug. 14, 1943. She worked in food service at seminaries, schools, convents and homes for the elderly in Cincinnati, Canton, Dayton, Rensselaer and Rome City, Ind., San Luis Rey, Calif., Denver, Colo., and Flint, Mich. She later worked as a printer at Maria Joseph Living Care Center and the Precious Blood congregation. She retired to Salem Heights in 1993.
Services were held Nov. 13, 2012, at Salem Heights Chapel in Dayton. Burial followed at Salem Heights Cemetery.
