* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Vivian Harmon
Vivian L. "Vi" Harmon, 84, St. Marys, died at 7:13 p.m. Oct. 24, 2012, at Otterbein Senior Lifestyle Choices, St. Marys.
She was born April 19, 1928, in Mendon, to James and Bertha Hull Weyant. On Jan. 20, 1950, she married Jack Harmon, who died April 15, 1973.
Surviving are a son, Al (Connie) Harmon, Nashville, Tenn.; two sisters, Elnora Cisco, St. Marys, and Bess Walters, Decatur, Ind.; and two grandchildren.
Deceased is a brother, James Weyant; and two brothers-in-law, Ivan Walters and Robert Cisco Sr.
She was a 1946 graduate of Celina High School. She retired in 1987 after working 35 years as a claim examiner II at the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services, St. Marys. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, St. Marys, and the Red Hat Society.
Services are 1 p.m. Wednesday at Cisco Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. William Maki officiating. Burial is at Resthaven Memorial Gardens, St. Marys.
Calling is 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
