* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Donald Anderson
Donald P. Anderson, 82, St. Marys, died at 10:35 a.m. Oct. 25, 2012, at Otterbein Senior Lifestyle Choices, St. Marys.
He was born Aug. 5, 1930, in Celina, to Aswin and Mary Gast Anderson. On Oct. 19, 1963, he married Yvonne Kitzmiller, who died Aug. 31, 1987.
Surviving are five daughters, Mary Beth (Jim) O'Keefe, Bartlett, Ill., Julie (Norm) Mause, Fort Collins, Colo., Karen (Ralph) Wiley, St. Marys, Emily (Dave) Ernst, Hamilton, and Jennifer (John) Kleine, New Palestine, Ind.; a brother, Michael Anderson, St. Marys; a sister, Mary Jane (Alan) McCall, Falls Church, Va.; and 16 grandchildren.
Also deceased are two brothers, Robert and David Anderson.
He graduated from St. Marys Memorial High School and the University of Dayton. He served in the U.S. Army, and was a member of VFW Post 9289, St. Marys. He had been a salesman for Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co. and retired from the Ohio State Highway Patrol, where he had been a vehicle inspector. He owned and operated Varsity Lanes in St. Marys for several years.
He was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church, St. Marys, and its Friends of the Church group.
Funeral Mass is 11 a.m. Monday at the church. Burial with military honors will follow at Gethsemane Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday at Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home, St. Marys.
Memorials may be given to Friends of Holy Rosary Church.
