* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Brema Stose
Brema P. Stose, 94, Celina, died at 9:50 a.m. Sept. 25, 2012, at the Celina Manor Nursing Home.
She was born Aug. 2, 1918, in Pandora, to Arthur and Vesta Dukes Kerns. On Jan. 20, 1968, she married Mark Stose, who died Feb. 24, 2000.
Surviving are two sons, Dr. William (Donna) Stall, Gainsville, Fla., and Michael (Jane) Stall, Leipsic; a daughter, Robyn (James) Fort, Marietta, Ga.; a stepson, Donald (Karen) Stose, Clayton; a stepdaughter, Barbara (Richard) Vorhees, Celina; a stepdaughter-in-law, Pam Stose, Celina; 18 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great grandchildren.
Also deceased are her first husband, G. Dorel Stall; a stepson, Everett Stose; and a sister, Betty Kerns.
She graduated from Blanchard Township High School in Putnam County and then received her bachelor degree from Bluffton College, where she belonged to the Pi Delta Honor Society. She received her masters degree at St. Francis College, Ft. Wayne.
She taught at Columbus Grove schools for eight years and Parkway schools for 17 years. She belonged to many teacher associations, University Women's Club, Celina, and Delta Kappa Gamma Beta Phi chapter. She was a member of Mt. Zion United Methodist Church, Celina, where she belonged to the United Methodist Women.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Kenny Baker officiating. Burial will follow in Harmon Cemetery, Ottawa.
Calling is 3-7 p.m. Friday and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
