* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Ethel Milne
Ethel A. Milne, 88, Coldwater, died Sept. 12, 2012, at Briarwood Village, Coldwater.
She was born Nov. 5, 1923, in Niagara Falls, NY, to Joseph and Agnes Peck Wise. On Aug. 1, 1945, she married John D. Milne, who died Nov. 10, 1975.
Surviving are a daughter, Mary (Jeff) Swartzel, Coldwater, two grandsons and one great-grandson.
Also deceased are a daughter, Diane Milne, and a sister, Mary Yaggi.
She was a member of Coldwater United Methodist Church and formerly belonged to Cuyahoga Falls United Methodist Church. She retired from Summit County Children Services, Akron.
Funeral services will be held in Northlawn Memorial Gardens, Peninsula, at a future date.
Memorials may be given to State of the Heart Hospice, Coldwater, or to the Huntington's Disease Society of America.
Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater, is handling arrangements.
