* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Robert Fisher
Robert L. "Bob" Fisher, 92, Greenville, died Sept. 12, 2012, at Rest Haven Nursing Home, Greenville.
He was born March 30, 1920, in Bradford, to Ott and Opal Detrick Fisher. On Aug. 8, 1943, he married Jane Ross, who survives.
Also surviving are four children, Robert E. (Marlene) Fisher, Coldwater, Cindy (James L.) Lutz, Lancaster, Jason (Christy) Fisher, Greenville, and Richard Fisher, Greenville; a brother-in-law, Ted Williams; five grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a grandson, John Fisher; brother Frank (Lucille) Fisher; and three sisters, Ondalee (Ted) Williams, Evelyn (JE) Williams, and Janette (Bud) Moore.
He worked most of his life as a salesman for The Treaty Company. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Greenville, where he served as a deacon. He also belonged to the Darke County Shrine Club, Masonic Lodge #140, Liar's Club and Elk's Lodge #1139, all of Greenville.
Funeral service is 11 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. John Person officiating. Burial will follow in Greenville Cemetery.
Memorials may be given to the Dark County Shrine Club.
