* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Harold Adams
Harold "Hap" Adams, 82, Celina, died at 1 a.m. Sept. 4, 2012, at his residence.
He was born April 23, 1930, in Van Wert to Marion and Mabel Hook Adams.
Surviving are his wife, Delilah Andrews Adams, Celina; and a sister, Gloria Fusion, of Kentucky.
Deceased is a daughter, Misty Adams.
He was a former employee of the Lima Correctional Institution and retired from Mersman Furniture Co. in Celina. He was a union president for several years and served in the U.S. Army.
Graveside services were held Sept. 6, 2012, at Woodlawn Cemetery, Ohio City. Arrangements were handled by Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina.
Memorials can be made to the United States Wounded Soldiers Foundation, Dallas, Texas.
