* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Robert Weaver
Robert E. Weaver, 83, Minster, died at 12:30 a.m. Sept. 7, 2012, at Hospice of Dayton.
He was born Sept. 6, 1929, to Albert and Henrietta Vondenhuevel Weaver. On June 28, 1952, he married Jeanette "Sis" Albers, who survives.
Also surviving are four daughters, Susan (Ralph) Westerheide, Minster, Sandra (Bob) Weiskittel, Troy, Sara (Rick) Smith, La Vergne, Tenn., and Stephanie (Rick) Oakley, Minster; two sons, Richard (Carole) Weaver, Brighton, Mich., and Dan (Dorothy) Weaver, Minster; a brother, Elmer (Mary Jane) Weaver, Minster; three sisters, Rosemary Wesbecher, Sidney, Eleanor Price, St. Marys, and Patricia (Roland) Griner, Minster; 18 grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
Deceased are a brother, Donald Weaver; two sisters, Irene (Ray) Knostman, and Barbara Griner; and in-laws, James Price, Joe Wesbecher, and Edward Hoying.
He was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster, and served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War. He was a member of the Minster American Legion and the St. Marys FOE. In 1965 he purchased Weaver Motors and worked at Minster Machine for 18 years.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Monday at St. Augustine Catholic Church, the Rev. Rick Nieberding officiating. Burial with military honors will follow at St. Augustine Cemetery.
Calling is 2-7 p.m. Sunday and 9-9:30 a.m. Monday at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
Memorials may be given to Hospice of Dayton.
