* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Donald Sell
Former Celina resident Donald F. Sell, 89, St. Francis, Wis., died July 28, 2012.
He was born Jan. 28, 1923, in Dayton, to William and Grace Gugel Sell. On Jan. 24, 1948, he married Joan Marie Jacob, who died in 2000.
Surviving are four children, Donald Sell, Shadow Hills, Calif., Mary (James) Hawk, Celina, Sister Nancy Sell, St. Francis, Wis., and Daniel (Cheryl) Sell, Medway; two sisters-in-law, Dorothy Sell, Charlevoix, Mich., and Genny (Jacob) Wilbur, New Port Richey, Fla.; a brother-in-law, Homer Wulbrecht, Chesterfield, Mich.; and five grandchildren.
Deceased are two brothers, William Sell and Robert Sell, and a daughter-in-law, Madeline Sell.
He attended Xavier University in Cincinnati and was a 1947 graduate of the University of Detroit Dental School. He served as an Air Force captain from 1952 to 1954 in the Korean War and worked as a dentist and oral surgeon for 30 years until his retirement. He retired to Florida, where he worked in the motel industry, before moving to Milwaukee, Wis., in 2005.
Funeral Mass was Aug. 3, 2012 at St. Francis Convent Chapel, School Sisters of St. Francis, Milwaukee. A committal service and burial will take place at Calvary Cemetery, Dayton, at a later date.
Memorials may be given to the Canticle and Juniper Courts Foundation or the School Sisters of St. Francis Development Office.
