* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Tilda Howes
Tilda Ann Howes, 65, St. Marys, died at 2:55 a.m. Aug. 8, 2012, at Van Wert Manor, Van Wert.
She was born Jan. 6, 1947, in Stanton, Ky., to Walter F. and Irene J. Frazier Brinson, who are deceased.
Surviving are two sons, Michael (Denise) Howes, Centerville, and Scott (Crystal) Howes, Dayton; three sisters, Doris Baker, St. Marys, and Rosemary (Joe) Evon and Carol (John) SanGiorgi, all of Tennessee; three brothers, Carl Childers, David (Sandy) Childers and Mark (Bea) Childers, all of Tennessee; and four grandchildren.
She most recently worked at Chmiels Market in Tipp City.
A gathering of family and friends will be held 9:30-10:30 a.m. Friday at Cisco Funeral Home, St. Marys. A service will be held at 10:30, the Rev. Phillip Miller officiating. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery, Rockford.
