* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Robert Smith
Robert L. Smith, 84, of Yorkshire, died June 26, 2012, at The Gardens of Celina.
He was born Oct. 16, 1927, in Port Jefferson, to Claude and Arlo Shroyer Smith. On Feb. 16, 1957, he married Virginia Bergman, who survives.
Also surviving are four children, Teresa (Walt) Bertke, Peachtree, Ga., Thomas Smith and Diana (Dave) Brackman, all of Celina, and Patricia (Bob) Gehret, Versailles; in-laws, Betty Smith, Velma Rammel, Vivian Clune and Bernard and Carol Bergman; 16 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a daughter, Lora Poeppelman; three brothers, William, Claude and Gary Smith; a sister, Barbara Francis; and in-laws, Carol Smith, Dave Francis, Luke Rammel and Louis Clune.
He retired from Reliable Castings, Sidney, and was a member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church and its Men's Sodality, both of Osgood, a member and past commander of Osgood American Legion Post 588, and a past member of the Versailles School Board, Yorkshire Town Council and the Montgomery County Joint Vocational School Board. He was a Marine Corps veteran of the Korean War.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church with the Rev. David Zink officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery with the Legion conducting military rites.
Calling is 2-6 p.m. Sunday and 9-10 a.m. Monday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
