* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Paul Fortman
Paul R. Fortman, 90, St. Marys, died at 10:39 a.m. March 21, 2012, at Otterbein Senior Lifestyle Choices, St. Marys.
He was born Nov. 6, 1921, in St. Marys, to Frank and Alena Gerstner Fortman. On Oct. 28, 1948, he married Florence A. Miller, who died Oct. 28, 1986.
Surviving are seven children, Frank (Vanessa) Fortman, Uniopolis, Ed (Sandy) Fortman, St. Marys, Kathleen (Kim) Lampert, St. Marys, Mary (David) Landis, Port Hueneme, Calif., Carl (Kim) Fortman, St. Marys, John (Gina) Fortman, Corinth, Texas, and Linda (Tim) Ekberg, Walton, Ky.; 11 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Deceased are infant twin daughters, Bonnie Lou and Connie Sue Fortman; six brothers, Franklin, Clarence, Leo, Bernard, Robert and Charles Fortman; two sisters, Mary Agnes Anderson and Catherine Cozad; and two grandsons.
He was a farmer and a meat cutter, having worked at the former Fortman's Market, St. Marys. He was also a production employee with Goodyear Tire & Rubber, St. Marys.
He was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church, St. Marys.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, the Rev. Anthony E. Cutcher officiating. Burial will follow at Gethsemane Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 6-8 p.m. Friday and 9:15-10:15 a.m. Saturday at Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home, St. Marys.
Memorials may be made to Grand Lake Hospice or to Otterbein.
