* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Michael Schulze
Michael J. Schulze, 58, Beavercreek, died March 17, 2012, while mountain bike riding at Huffman Park, Fairborn.
He was born Sept. 18, 1953, in Coldwater, to Richard and Agnes Hausfeld Schulze, who survive in Maria Stein. On Nov. 12, 1990, he married Jacqueline Robinson, who survives in Beavercreek.
Also surviving are six siblings, Bill (Donna) Schulze, Cape Cod, Mass., Nick (Julie) Schulze, Maria Stein, Karen (Elmer) Klepaski, Coldwater, Ginny (Jay) Winner, New Bremen, Linda (John) Huelsman, Maria Stein, and Angie (Jim) Wynk, Maria Stein; a brother-in-law, Wolfram (Ludwiga) Sornik, Munich, Germany; and several nieces and nephews.
He was a 1971 graduate of Marion Local High School and a 1973 graduate of ITT Technical Institute.
He worked 37 years at Wright State University, currently as senior facilities planner, facilities planning and development.
Funeral arrangements are being handled by Newcomer Funeral Home, Beavercreek. There will be no calling. Private graveside ceremonies will be held at Mt. Zion Cemetery, Beavercreek.
The family will hold two celebration of life gatherings: 4-7 p.m. Friday at The Spiritual Center of Maria Stein, and 4 p.m. Saturday in the Berry Room of the Nutter Center on the Wright State University campus.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Michael Schulze Memorial Scholarship Fund, c/o WSU Foundation, Room 108 Allyn Hall, Wright State University, 3640 Colonel Glenn Highway, Dayton, Oh 45435.
