* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mark Miller
Mark Andrew Miller, 65, Coldwater, died at 6:04 a.m. March 19, 2012, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
He was born May 19, 1946, in Celina, to the late William John and Olivia Ann (Schoen) Miller. On July 7, 1979, he married Marcia K. Knapp, who survives in Coldwater.
Also surviving are a son, Brad (Nicole) Miller, Columbus; a daughter, Marisa (Todd) Marquis, Fort Worth, Texas; three brothers, Gerald (Mary Ann) Miller, Decatur, Ind., Donald (Mary) Miller, St. Henry, and Thomas Miller, Bryan; three sisters, Arleen Miller, New Corydon, Ind., Imogene (James) Wilder, Decatur, Ind., and Bette (Robert) Hemmelgarn, Burkettsville; two sisters-in-law, Viola Miller, Fort Recovery, and Ann Miller, Hicksville.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Richard Miller and James Miller, and a brother-in-law Gerald Miller.
He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War and retired in 2004 from Crown Equipment Corp., New Bremen.
Private family services will be at St. John Lutheran Church, Celina, with the Rev. Jeff Gramza and Pastor Todd Marquis officiating. Burial will follow in Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.
