* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Arthur Stelzer
Arthur August Stelzer, 76, Celina, died March 15, 2012, at Kindred Hospital, Lima.
He was born Dec. 22, 1935, in Cassella to Edwin and Alma Grevenkamp Stelzer.
Surviving are a daughter, Victoria (Gary) Baker, Elida; two brothers, Cyril Stelzer, Celina, and Paul (Linda) Stelzer, Granville; and a sister, Mary Jo (Ralph) Broeker, St. Henry.
He retired from New Idea, Coldwater, and had been in independent owner/operator of semi's throughout his life. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina, Celina American Legion and Catholic Knights of America, Cassella. He served in the US Army from 1959-1961.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church. Burial will be in St. Marys Catholic Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-5 p.m. Sunday and 9-10:15 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be directed to Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.
