* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Gail Joseph
Gail B. Joseph, 89, Upper Sandusky and formerly of Celina, died at 11:55 a.m. on March 15, 2012, at St. Vincent Hospital.
He was born April 19, 1923, in Lima to William J. and Flora G. Ingmire Joseph. On Feb. 5, 1944, he married Bernice I. Golliher, who died May 11, 1986. He then married Bessie E. Derringer Miller on Dec. 13, 1991, and she survives in Upper Sandusky.
Also surviving are a daughter-in-law, Lana Joseph, Celina; a step-daughter, Anna Mae Huntley, Upper Sandusky; and a grandson.
Deceased are a son, Terry Joseph, and 12 brothers and sisters.
He was a member of Cridersville Nazarene Church and worked for New Idea Farm Equipment for 36 years in Coldwater, retiring in 1985. He was a member of a fishing club in Florida.
Graveside services are 2 p.m. Tuesday at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina, the Rev. Greg Leigh officiating.
Calling in 2-4 p.m. Monday at the Bringman Clark Funeral Home, Upper Sandusky, and noon-1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
Contributions may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Research or Cridersville Nazarene Church.
