* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Marvin Watercutter
Marvin H. Watercuttter, 72, Celina, died Feb. 19, 2012, at his home.
He was born Nov. 23, 1939, in Minster, to Albert and Leona Hartings Watercutter. On July 10, 1965, he married Rebecca "Becky" Makley, who survives in Celina.
Also surviving are three children, Anthony "Tony" (Sandi) Watercutter, Celina, Amy (Gary) Stoker, Celina, and Leah (Steve) Kaup, Coldwater; three siblings, Dale Watercutter, Minster, Diane (Ron) Bickel, Ansonia, and Randy (Kathy) Watercutter, Minster; a sister-in-law, Jean (Robert) Meier, Lakeview; a mother-in-law, Ruth Makley Huwer, St. Marys.; four grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter.
Deceased is a brother, Gary Watercutter.
A graduate of Minster High School, he had formerly worked at Krogers and Pantry Pride and retired from Crown Equipment Corp. He was a member of Celina Lions.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Wednesday and 9-10 a.m. Thursday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina.
Memorials may be made to the Cancer Association of Mercer County, Celina.
