* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Leroy Fickert
Leroy Melvin Fickert, 77, Ohio City, died at 8:19 a.m. Feb. 21, 2012, at Lima Memorial Hospital.
He was born April 26, 1934, in Mercer County, to Raymond Melvin and Arberdeen Frances Snyder Fickert.
He married Naomi Radabaugh, who survives.
Also surviving are three sons, Mike (Shawn) Fickert, Middle Point, Robert R. Schriver, Van Wert, and Ronald L. (Tonya) Schriver, Van Wert; six grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two sisters, Wilma Jean Feasel and Betty Lee Roe.
A 1953 graduate of Ohio City-Liberty High School, he was a member of St. Johns Lutheran Church, Ohio City.
He delivered fuel for Bodkins Sohio, Van Wert. He was retired from Harter Corporation, Van Wert, and also had a tree-trimming business.
He served with the U. S. Army during the Korean Conflict.
Services are 11 a.m. Saturday at Cowan & Son Funeral Home, Van Wert. Burial will follow in Woodland Cemetery, Van Wert. Memorial services will be conducted by the American Legion and VFW posts.
Calling is 3-8 p.m. Friday and one hour prior to services Saturday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
