* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Lois Adams
Former St. Marys resident Lois Irene Adams, 91, Greenville, died at 2:33 a.m. Feb. 15, 2012, at the Brethren Retirement Community, Greenville.
She was born Oct. 25, 1920, in Van Wert County, to Elmer Dillon and Mary Elizabeth Powell Uncapher. On Oct. 15, 1943, she married Charles William Adams, who survives.
Also surviving are a daughter, Susan (Jerry) Ellis, Greenville; two sisters, Norma Jean Steinecker and Billie Wickham; a sister-in-law, Gwen Uncapher; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Deceased are three siblings, Bud Uncapher, Thelma Jacks and Maxine Rain; and three brothers-in-law, Bill Steinecker, Harold Rain, and Floyd Jacks.
Services will be held at a later date. Her body was donated to Boonshoft School of Medicine at Wright State University, Dayton.
Memorials may be given to Alzheimer's of Greater Miami Valley or to State of the Heart Hospice, Darke County.
