* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

James Ross
James Edward Ross, 72, Celina, died at 9:40 a.m. Feb. 14, 2012, at his residence.
He was born Dec. 12, 1939, in Coldwater, to Franklin and Margaret Orr Ross. On Aug. 5, 1959, he married Brenda Gibson, who survives in Celina.
Also surviving are three children, Robert Ross, Celina, John Ross, Celina, and Catherine (Dave) King, Celina; three siblings, Richard (Karen) Ross, Wabash, Frank Ross, Celina, and Virginia (Bill) Brown, St. Marys; 10 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
He was employed by Tom Slusher and had retired in 2002 from Telecommunications.
He served with the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War and was a life member of Celina VFW, a member of the Celina American Legion and the Grand Lake Eagles Aerie.
He was a member of Lighthouse Fellowship Church, Celina.
Services are 11 a.m. Saturday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Tony Richmond officiating. Military honors will be held following the service.
Calling is one hour before service at the funeral home.
