* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Lockie Wheeler
Lockie Imogene Wheeler, 80, Celina, died Dec. 15, 2011, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
She was born Jan. 21, 1931, in Braggadocia, Mo., to Robert and Nancy (Glidwell) Neal. She was married to Albert Hawkins, who is deceased. On Aug. 4, 1982, she married Eugene Jerome (Jack) Wheeler, who died July 24, 2006.
Surviving are three sons, Bill (Pat) Hawkins, Wabash, Ind., and Jim (Linda) Hawkins and John Hawkins, all of Celina; two daughters, Diane (Allan) Rathburn, Kalamazoo, Mich., and Nancy Hawkins, Maria Stein; four stepdaughters, Ella (William) Sanchez, Corona, Calif., Cheryl (Ray) Willis, Lima, Jacklene (Ronald) Wick, Sidney, and Kathleen (Terry) Rieff, Rockford; a brother, J.R. (Vada) Neal of Missouri; and two sisters, Sue (Al) Ross and Josie (Paul) Starnes, all of Missouri; 14 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
Preceding her in death was a brother, William Neal; a sister, Ruby Roy; a stepdaughter, Anita Jane Wheeler; and two stepsons, Robert Jerome Wheeler and Cecil Eugene Wheeler.
She worked at the former Huffy Bicycles plant in Celina for several years.
Services are 11 a.m. Monday at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina. The Rev. Herstle Griffis officiating. Burial will be in Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-6 p.m. Sunday at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina.
