* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Cynthea Hough
Cynthea A. Hough, 96, of Portland, Ind., died Dec. 2, 2011, at Persimmon Ridge, Portland.
She was born Feb. 4, 1915, in Clay City, Ky., to Walter and Modena Crow Crow. In 1933, she married James "Shelby" Lairson. She then married Linza Wine in 1952, and he died in 1970. Her third husband, Ivan Hough, whom she married in 1975, died in 1976.
Surviving are a son, Marion Lairson of Portland; a daughter, Darlene "Dollie" Lairson, Union City, Ind.; 38 grandchildren, 64 great-grandchildren and 30 great-great-grandchildren.
Deceased are four sons, Arnold, James, Odis and Wayne Lairson; two daughters, Nancy Louise Lairson and Delores Hardwick; five brothers, William, Roscoe, L.B., Leonard and Rufus Crow; four sisters, Lily Estes, Sally Branham, Dollie Crow and Ethel Crow; and six grandchildren
She was a member of the Church of God of Prophecy, Portland.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery, the Rev. Jerry Qualls officiating. Burial will follow at the IOOF Cemetery at Pennville, Ind.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. today and 9-10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
