* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Lyndel Belcher
Lyndel "Lynn" L. Belcher, 46, of Celina, died Dec. 2, 2011, at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton of injuries sustained in an Auglaize County traffic accident.
He was born July 1, 1965, in Fremont, to Hal and Sharon Neumeyer Belcher, who survive in Celina. On Sept. 7, 1991, he married Janet M. Purpus, who died March 10, 1994.
Surviving are his children, Benjamin Belcher of Celina and Dustin Belcher and Lexi Belcher, both of Anna; a sister, Lisa (Rob) Albers, Minster; a brother, Eric (Janet) Belcher, Minster; and paternal grandparents, Elster and June Belcher.
He was store manager at Sherwin Williams in Piqua, a high school CCD teacher at Coldwater and an Ohio High School Athletic Association basketball official. He was a former CYO leader, CCD teacher and a participant at the "Down at the Farm" summer program at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Minster. He was a former CCD teacher and lector at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, McCartyville.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Thursday at the Minster church, the Rev. Rick Nieberding officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and 9 to 9:45 a.m. Thursday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
Contributions may be made to his children's education fund through Minster Bank.
