* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Rosemary Menker
Rosemary T. Menker, 76, St. Mary, died at 2:30 a.m. Nov. 24, 2011, at Otterbein Senior Lifestyle Choices, St. Marys.
She was born May 9, 1935, in Fort Loramie to William and Theresa Sherman Albers. On July 2, 1955, she married Norman U. Menker, who survives at Otterbein.
Also surviving are children, Rob (Jane) Menker, John Menker, Andrew (Amy) Menker, Terri (Dale) Whetstone, Chris Freewalt and Kathy (Tom) Bruggeman, all of St. Marys, Mindy (Dave) Wilkinson, Westerville, and Trisha (Shawn) Gibson, Columbus; siblings, Clete (Irene) Albers, Ashland, Rob (Viola) Albers, Coldwater, Urb (Vi) Albers, Minster, Jeanette (Bob) Weaver, Minster, and Mary Ann (Roger) Schmitmeyer, Fort Loramie; 23 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
She was a 1953 graduate of Fort Loramie High School and a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church, St. Marys, and the Altar Society. She retired from Huffy Bicycle Corp. after 25 years service.
A Mass of Christian burial is 11 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Tony Cutcher officiating. Burial will follow at Gethsemane Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday at Cisco Funeral Home, St. Marys.
Memorials may be made to Grand Lake hospice or Friends of Holy Rosary.
