* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Edward Schulte
Edward William Schulte, 84, Celina, died at 6:30 a.m. Nov. 24, 2011, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
He was born Feb. 25, 1927, in Celina to Frank and Rosa Zumbrink Schulte. On Feb. 7, 1953, he married Waneta Michaels, who survives.
Also surviving are children, David (Melody) Schulte, Prosser, Wash., Gary Schulte, Marion, Dan Schulte, Celina, Susan (Lester) Richardson, Indianapolis, Ind., and Donna (Herb) Wright, Howell, Mich.; a sister, Roseann Wourms, Celina; 11 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Deceased are three children, Diane, Michael and Ronald; and siblings, Henry, Paul, Norbert and Vernon Schulte, and Loretta Remaklus and Rita Schulte.
He retired from New Idea, Coldwater, after 43 years and farmed 20 acres in Center Township. A member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina, he attended the former IC High School, served with the U.S. Marine Corps during World War II and was a member of Celina VFW Post 5713 and American Legion Post 210.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church. Burial is at St. Marys Catholic Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-5 p.m. Sunday and 9:30-10:15 a.m. Monday at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina.
Memorials may be made to the Northwest Ohio Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association.
