* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Josephine Vantrees
Josephine Evans Vantrees, 86, Fort Recovery, died Nov. 17, 2011, at Community Hospital, Coldwater.
She was born March 30, 1925, in Zona, W.V., to Roma J. and Belva Brabham Evans. She married John A. Evans, who is deceased.
Surviving are five children, John C. (Karen) Evans, Sebring, Paul Robert (Jayne) Evans, Fort Recovery, Jeff (Pam) Evans, Xenia, Karen (Joe) Cannistra, Youngstown, and Rosemary "Posey" Moser, Coldwater; six siblings, Roma Jr. (Waveline) Evans, Geneva, Ind., Harold Evans, Phoenix, Ariz., Dolly Thien, Fort Recovery, Charlene (Bob) Urpman, Phoenix, Ariz., Eileen Evans, Ansonia, and Maxine Reynolds, Greenville; 17 grandchildren; and 33 great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a son, David Charles Evans; and three siblings, Orville Evans, Jack Evans and Violet Evans.
A homemaker, she attended Fort Recovery United Methodist Church. She was a member of the Fort Recovery American Legion and a charter member of the Fort Recovery V.F.W. Auxiliary.
Private family services will be held. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery, Fort Recovery.
There is no calling.
Memorials may be made to the Cancer Association of Mercer County.
