* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mary Belle Norris
Mary Belle Norris, 97, Otterbein Senior Lifestyle Choices, St. Marys, died at 10:30 p.m. Nov. 15, 2011.
She was born Dec. 29, 1913, in Kosciusko County, Ind., to James and Florence Stackhouse. On Oct. 18, 1932, she married Earl E. Norris, who died July 22, 1992.
Surviving are a daughter, Betty (James) Phillips, Celina; two sisters-in-law, Ruth Warner, Avon Park, Fla., and Phyllis Stackhouse, Westfield, Ind.; two grandsons; six great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.
Deceased are eight brothers, Zeno, Beryl, Rev. Dale, Hilbert, Floyd, Don, Illo and Marion.
She was a 1932 graduate of Etna Green High School and a homemaker and bookkeeper. She had lived in Warsaw, Ind., for 65 years before moving to Celina.
She was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Celina, and had been a member of the United Methodist Women, Mercer County Senior Citizens, Warsaw First Baptist Church Women's Group and Warsaw's Mothers Study Group.
Services are 11 a.m. Friday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Carol Sainey officiating. Calling is 4-7 p.m. Thursday and one hour before services at the funeral home.
Calling in Warsaw is 10-11 a.m. Saturday with a memorial service at 11 a.m. at McHatton-Saddler Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
