* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Patricia Deubler
Patricia E. "Mama Bear" Deubler, 60, St. Marys, died at 3:59 a.m. Nov. 14, 2011, in the emergency department of Joint Township District Memorial Hospital.
She was born April 20, 1951, in Middleville, Mich., to Leo and Beulah Murray Oliver. On June 17, 1972, she married Richard E. Deubler II, who survives.
Also surviving are a daughter, Ann Marie (William) Vorhees, Columbus Grove; two sons, Richard (Jodi) Deubler IV, Lima, and Andrew Mortagne, Centralia, Wash; siblings, Robert (Bonita) Oliver, Live Oak, Fla., Linda (Tom) Wrighton, Rockford, Ill., Dinah Bieszka, Grand Rapids, Mich., Barb (Mike) Faustrum, Grand Rapids. Joan (Don) Latrielle, Live Oak, and Mike Oliver, Muskogee, Okla.; nine grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
Deceased are an infant son, Richard Deubler III, and a brother, Jim Oliver.
She graduated from Thornapple-Kellogg High School, Middleville, Mich., and was a homemaker.
Services are 2 p.m. Saturday at Miller Funeral Home, West Chapel, St. Marys, the Rev. Bill Drummond officiating.
Calling is 6-8 p.m. Friday and noon until time of services Saturday at the funeral home.
