* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Armella Steinke
Armella Ann Steinke, 82, formerly of Fort Loramie, died Oct. 15, 2011, at the Dorothy Love Retirement Community near Sidney.
She was born April 5, 1929, in Chickasaw, to Anthony and Leona Boeke Bills. On Oct. 27, 1951, she married Charles Steinke, who died Sept. 30.
Surviving are five sons, Robert Steinke, Fort Loramie, Roger (Lisa) Steinke, New Bremen, Michael (Annette) Steinke, St. Louis, Mo., and Brother Thomas Paul Steinke, Chillum, Md., and Mark (Lisa) Steinke, Sidney; two sisters, Verena (Rich) Langenkamp, St. Henry, and Joan (Ben) Post, St. Wendelin; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Norb Kramer, Chickasaw, Millie Steinke, Tipp City, Esther (Tim) Mattingly, Dayton, Alma (Len) Clune, Minster, Paul (Marge) Steinke, Tipp City, and Jesse (Shirley) Steinke, Coldwater; 15 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Brian Steinke; two brothers, Lester and Cyril Bills; and sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Alice Kramer and Clara, Jim and Lilly Steinke.
She was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church and St. Ann's Ladies Sodality, both of Fort Loramie. She was a homemaker.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Steven Shoup officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery.
Calling is 3 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and 9 to 10 a.m. Wednesday at Gehret Funeral Home, Fort Loramie.
Contributions may be made to the Institute of the Incarnate Word or a charity of the donor's choice.
