* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Roy McMurray
Roy A. McMurray, 96, of St. Marys, died at 2 a.m. Oct. 16, 2011, at his home.
He was born Feb. 4, 1915, in Celina to Arthur and Imogene Eshelman McMurray. On Sept. 3, 1980, he married Norma Jean Horn Turner, who survives.
Also surviving are three stepsons, Gene (Gretchen) Turner, St. Marys, Ted Turner, Celina, and Joe Douglas (Faye) Turner, George Town, Ky.; 10 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a stepdaughter, Lana Turner; five brothers, Charles, Donald, William, David and Richard McMurray; and three sisters, Mary Eberle, Ruth Brodbeck and Betty Bolts.  
A former carpenter, he was a member of Hillsdale Baptist Church, Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 9289, American Legion Post 323 and the Disabled American Veterans, all of St. Marys. He was a 1935 graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School and a World War II veteran, serving with the U.S. Army from 1940 to 1946.
Services are 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at Cisco Funeral Home, St. Marys, Pastor Harold Liess officiating. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys, with graveside rites conducted by the VFW.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home with the VFW conducting a service at 7 p.m.
