* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Reva Jergens
Former Celina resident Reva M. Jergens, 84, Austin, Texas, died Sept. 27, 2011, at her daughter's home in Austin.
She was born June 12, 1927, in Xenia, to Ora and Margaret Butler Barnes. On July 13, 1944, she married Edward P. Jergens, who died Sept. 6, 1997.
Surviving are three children, Edward A. (Marilyn) Jergens, Engelwood, Ronald (Deborah) Jergens, Beavercreek, Margaret (Mark) Rodrigues, Austin; a sister, Virginia Bettinger, Dayton; seven grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are three sisters and three brothers.
She was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, Montezuma, and Santa Cruz Catholic Church, Buda, Texas. She was a volunteer in the diabetes education program at Community Hospital, Coldwater.
She and her husband were owners/operators of Jergens Greenhouse, Dayton.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday at the Montezuma church, the Rev. Rick Friebel officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-6 p.m. Sunday and 9-10 a.m. Monday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
