* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Elsworth "Red" Emans
Elsworth J. "Red" Emans, 89, Celina, died at 12:46 a.m. Sept. 28, 2011, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
He was born Aug. 12, 1922, in Mendon, to Austin Oliver and Mae Zillah Rhoades Emans. On Aug. 19, 1944, he married Doris I. Winter, who died March 27, 2004.
Surviving are two daughters, Kathy (Jerry) Bruggeman, Celina, and Mary (Bill) Wehrman, Sidney; a brother, Dallas (Carolyn) Emans, Celina; son-in-law, Jim (Sharon) Fischer, Celina; daughter-in-law, Eva Emans, Celina; sister-in-law, Myrna Glass, St. Marys; half sister-in-law, Adele (Larry) Smelser, Celina; 12 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and 14 great-great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a daughter, Carolyn Fischer; a son, James Emans; three infant children; a brother, Clinton Emans; and a sister, Mary Kathleen Emans.
He attended Celina High School and was a member of Celina First Church of God and its dart ball team. He had served as church custodian.
He worked at Mersman Brothers, Celina Theater and was a carpenter. He and his wife were owners of DEE Ceramics.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Revs. Bruce Strine and Richard Van Horn officiating. Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Calling is 2-5 and 6-8 p.m. Friday at W.H. Dick & Sons - Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina, and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Saturday at the church.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
