* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Edgar Gillis Jr.
Edgar Fernand Gillis Jr., 76, of Celina, died Sept. 26, 2011, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
He was born July 17, 1935, in Blackford County, Ind., to Edgar and Elsie Gillis.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Eunice Gillis; a daughter, Kathy Huffman of Eaton, Ind.; four stepchildren; three sisters, Lillian Braun, Goshen, Ind., Elsie Kerr, Lafayette, Ind., and Alice Gillis, Eaton, Ind.; a brother, Richard Gillis, Eaton; two grandchildren, 11 stepgrandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son, Mark A. Gillis.
He formerly worked as a journeyman electrician at Marhoeffer Meat Packing, Chevrolet Division of General Motores in Muncie, Ind., and Jess Howard Electric Company.
He was a member of Bethany United Methodist Church in Celina and served as a deacon, trustee and head usher at various churches during his lifetime.
A 1953 graduate of Eaton High School in Indiana, he attended Purdue University's School of Agriculture and served in the Army National Guard.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the church. Burial is at Black Cemetery in Albany, Ind.
Calling is 4-7 p.m. Wednesday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, and after 9:30 a.m. Thursday at the church.
