* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Gail Stiverson
Gail Louise Stiverson, 65, Greenfield, Ind., died Sept. 18, 2011.
She was born Nov. 13, 1945, in Youngstown, to Absalom Charles and Ruth Alice Johnston Parry. On Oct. 1, 1977, she married Celina native John Floyd Stiverson, who survives.
Also surviving are three brothers, David Parry, Cumberland, Ind., Absalom Parry Carl Warsaw, Ind., and Daniel Earle Parry, Osaka, Japan.
A graduate of Fort Wayne Bible College in 1967 and Asbury College, Wilmore, Ky., in 1973, she worked as a teacher in schools in Missouri, Indiana, Oklahoma, Ohio and Indiana.
Services are 3 p.m. Thursday at St. James Lutheran Church, Greenfield. Burial will be at North Grove Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 1-4 p.m. today at the family home, 739 W. North St., Greenfield.
