* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Garrett Rhodes
Garrett Rhodes, 21, Wapakoneta, died Sept. 17, 2011, died at the scene of a single-vehicle accident in rural Auglaize County.
He was born Aug. 8, 1990, in St. Marys. His father, Donny L. Rhodes, Wapakoneta, and mother and stepfather, Samantha and Jeff Clouser, St. Marys, survive.
Also surviving are siblings, Donna (Chad) Pequignot, Middletown, Josh (Amanda) Rhodes, Isaac Rhodes, David Rhodes, Hunter Clouser, Elayna Clouser and Parker Clouser, all of St. Marys; grandparents, Matt (Alma) Rhodes and Richard Klinger, all of St. Marys; and stepgrandparents, Paul and Bonnie Clouser, St. Marys.
A 2009 graduate of Memorial High School, St. Marys, he was employed as a general laborer for Bowman Construction Company in St. Marys.
Service is 10:30 a.m. Friday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys. Private family burial will be held at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
