Snow showers will continue this afternoon into the evening hours. Slick spots may develop on roads tonight as temperatures drop and northwest winds gust from 20 to 30 mph. Coverage of snow showers is expected to decrease overnight before ending Monday morning. Most the area will see an accumulation of one-half inch to 2 inches. Visibility will be restricted at times in the heavier showers. Roadways may become slick. If traveling, be alert, slow down and allow extra time to reach your destination.
CELINA - Miss Ohio 2011 Ellen Bryan didn't consider herself a cyclist until Aug. 29, the day she began an 850-mile trip throughout Ohio to raise money for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals.
With no prior training or conditioning, the Celina native and 2011 graduate of Ball State University started her bicycling tour in Columbus. She rode 52 miles that first day, ending up at Washington Court House. [More]
ST. MARYS - Another strong performance by running back D.J. Manning helped St. Marys stun Lima Bath 36-19 on Friday night in Western Buckeye League action.
Manning ran for 229 yards on 35 carries and scored three touchdowns to outshine Bath's star ball carrier Aaron Smith, who was limited to a season-low 74 yards on 23 carries. [More]
