* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Margaret Meckstroth
Former New Bremen resident Margaret A. Meckstroth, 93, died at 3:30 p.m. June 26, 2011, at Otterbein St. Marys Retirement Community.
She was born Feb. 14, 1918, in New Bremen to Lafe and Hilda Neuman Dammeyer. On June 19, 1941, she married Rueben H. Meckstroth, who died Sept. 5, 1996.
Surviving are children, Patricia (Robert) Snyder, New Knoxville, Betty (Robert) Dietrich, New Bremen, and Richard (JoAnn) Meckstroth, St. Marys; a brother, Harold Dammeyer, St. Marys; in-laws, Norman Meckstroth, Celina, LaRue (John) Dicke, Celina, Kathryn Meckstroth, Wapakoneta, Sally Meckstroth, New Bremen; 10 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son-in-law, John Schroeder; a brother, Paul Dammeyer; and a sister Delilah Braun.
She was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ, New Bremen, a 1935 graduate of Memorial High School, St. Marys. and a homemaker.
Service is 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Gilberg-Hartwig Funeral Home, New Bremen, the Rev. Becky Erb Strang officiating. Burial will follow in the German Protestant Cemetery, New Bremen.
Calling is one hour prior to service at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the church memorial fund.
