* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Patricia Freeman
Former Celina resident Patricia Ann Freeman, 81, of Viera, Fla., and Miami, Fla., died at 9:15 a.m. June 22, 2011, at Wuesthoff Hospice, Rockledge, Fla.
She was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, to Reinhart and Henrietta Amanda Olson Hugelen. Her husband of 45 years, Clifford D. "Tip" Freeman, died Oct. 10, 1995.
Surviving are a daughter, Penny (Jerome) Sanders, N. Miami Beach, Fla.; a son, Barry (Susan) Freeman, Arlington, Va.; and a grandson.
Deceased are siblings Peter B. Hugelen and Lauretta Hugelen.
She was a real estate agent for 45 years and volunteered at Wuesthoff Hospice in Viera. She was a member of Celina First Church of God and the Faith Viera Lutheran Church, Viera.
A graveside service is 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina, the Rev. Richard VanHorn officiating.
Memorials may be made to Celina First Church of God, State of the Heart Hospice or Wuesthoff Brevard Hospice.
