* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Cletus Gariety
Cletus John Gariety, 94, Celina, died June 19, 2011, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
He was born Sept. 10, 1916, in Newport to Frank Henry and Grace Elizabeth Miller Gariety. He married Helen Burton Gariety, who died in 1992.
Surviving is a son, Pat (Patti) Gariety, Celina; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a son, Michael Gariety; a daughter, Brenda Yaney; and seven siblings, Agnes Gariety, Francis Gariety, Leonard Gariety, Ruth Catherine Gariety, Lloyd James Gariety, Irene Catherine Gariety and Mildred Mary Gariety Bernholt.
He had been a driver for Thermogas and had worked 27 years as an inspector in quality control at the former Huffy plant. He served in North Africa with the U.S. Army during World War II. He was a member of the Celina Veterans of Wars Post.
Service is 11 a.m. Wednesday at W. H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Matt Overman officiating. Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. Tuesday and 10-11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
