* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Alice Burger
Alice Janette Burger, 86, Celina, died at 2 p.m. May 5, 2011, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
She was born May 30, 1924, in St. Marys to Lelon and Sarah Langsdon Wright. On July 13, 1959, she married Derl W. Burger, who survives.
Other survivors are two sons, Ed (Connie) Hoenie, St. Marys, and Gary (Marge) Hoenie, Branson, Mo.; four daughters, Arlene (LaVern) Salzmann, Celina, Denise (Larry) Westgerdes, Celina, Diane (Steve) Alvarado, Florida, and Angie Dalton, of Florida; 15 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild.
Deceased are two infant brothers; and a great-grandchild.
She was a homemaker and member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Celina.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Jeffery Conrad officiating. Burial is at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
