* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Al Brockman
Al F. Brockman, 79, of Anna and Lake Port, Fla., died April 2, 2011, in his Anna home.
He was born Sept. 3, 1931, in New Bremen to the late Aloys L. and Alvina Schmitmeyer Brockman.
Surviving are a sister, Virginia Helmstetter, Wapakoneta; nine nieces and nephews; and his caregiver, Adam Garza, Lake Port.
Deceased are a sister, Mary Agnes Gelhaus, and brothers-in-law, Harold Gelhaus and Robert Helmstetter.
He was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church in McCartyville. He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict and a retiree of Ross Aluminum Foundry in Sidney. He also was a member of Minster Eagles Lodge 1391.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. John Tonkin officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with full military honors by the Anna American Legion.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9-10 a.m. Wednesday at the church.
Memorials may be made to Wilson Hospice.
