* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Larry Storer
Larry D. "White Owl" Storer, 64, St. Marys, died at 10:39 p.m. April 1, 2011, at Lima Memorial Health System.
He was born Feb. 28, 1947, in Hillsboro to Carlos and Louise Baker Storer Houston, who are both deceased. On Nov. 24, 1967, he married M. Kathy Sellers, who survives.
Also surviving are three sons, Larry Jr. (Rachel) Storer, John (Juli) Storer and Bill (Dawn) Storer, all of St. Marys; a daughter Kathleen (Mike) Hunter, Cummings, Ga.; three brothers, Roger (Jane) Storer, Lima, and Steve (Chris) Storer and Tony Storer, all of St. Marys; a sister, Sherry (Gary) Poppe, St. Marys; stepfather, Jim Houston, St. Marys; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and five stepgrandchildren.
Also deceased are a brother, Harold; a sister, Alice Paulus; and parents-in-law, Russell and Juanita Schott.
He served two tours in Vietnam with the U.S. Army. He was a lifetime member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 9289, St. Marys. A meat cutter for 38 years, he retired from Keystone Meats in Lima. He had worked at the former St. Marys Beef Co.
Service is 11 a.m. Wednesday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, with VFW Post Chaplain Frank Thomas officiating. Burial with full graveside military honors will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
