* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 12.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

Mary Ann Esser
Mary Ann E. Esser, 78, New Weston, died at 11:48 a.m. March 22, 2011, at Mercer County Community Hospital in Coldwater.
She was born Nov. 14, 1932, in New Weston, to William and Alvina Lefeld Stammen. On April 25, 1953, she married Adam Esser, who died Nov. 30, 1996.
Surviving are three sons, William (Kathleen) Esser, Coldwater, Gary Esser, New Weston, and Dave Esser, Coldwater; four sisters, Della Mae Luebke, Coldwater, Ruth Platfoot, Coldwater, Irene (David) Schoenlein, Coldwater, Rosella (James) Cronin, York, Mass.; three brothers, Lavern (Jean) Stammen, Coldwater, George (April) Stammen, Fort Recovery, and John (Linda) Stammen, Coldwater; a brother-in-law, James (Laura) Barga, Leonidas, Mich.; a sister-in-law, Marcella Eminger, Fort Wayne, Ind.; and a grandchild.
Deceased is a sister, Berniece Barga.
She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post 345 in Fort Recovery. She was a member of the St. Paul Catholic Church, Sharpsburg, and its Ladies Altar Rosary Sodality.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Friday at the church, the Rev. Thomas Dorn officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Thursday and 9-9:45 a.m. Friday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home in Fort Recovery, where an American Legion Auxiliary prayer service will be held at 7:45 p.m. Thursday.
Memorials may be made to the State of the Heart Hospice.
