* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Ethel Klosterman-Haren
Ethel G. Klosterman-Haren, 92, Allen, Texas, died March 3, 2011.
She was born Aug. 26, 1918, in Montezuma, to John J. and Rosa Dorsten Klosterman. On May 30, 1941, she married James C. Haren, who is deceased.
Surviving are four children, Terry (Karen) Haren, Overland Park, Kan., Tom (Linda) Haren, Canyon Lake, Calif., Dennis (Joanne) Haren, San Diego, Calif., and Kim (Bill) Main, Allen, Texas; two siblings, Dorothy Haber, Dayton, and Omer Klosterman, Celina; ll grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Also deceased is a son, W. Michael Haren; a sister, Alma Klosterman-Meyer; and a brother, Maurice Klosterman.
She was a homemaker until 1969. She worked at JCPenney department stores in Torrance and Laguna Hills, Calif.
Funeral Mass was held March 16, 2011, at St. Nicholas Catholic Church in Lake Forest, Calif. Burial was at Ascension Cemetery in Lake Forest, Calif.
Memorials may be made to the St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church Building Fund, 202 W. Kronskosky St., Boerne, Texas, 78006-2611.
