* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Geraldine Fishbaugh
Geraldine B. "Geri" Fishbaugh, 77, Spencerville, died 5:05 p.m. Feb. 4, 2011, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
She was born July 8, 1933, in Mercer County, to Forrest E. and Cuba Lorree Kugel Kittle. On Feb. 18, 1956, she married Philip W. Fishbaugh, who survives.
Also surviving are three children, Rebecca (John) Greber and Robert Fishbaugh, St. Marys, and Ron (Karen) Fishbaugh, Chiefland, Fla.; three siblings, Helen Hinkle, Mary Kittle and Murrel Kittle, all of Celina; five grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a daughter, Phylis Joan Lowe; five siblings, Leonard Kittle, Carolyn Sloan, Blanche Andres, Elmer Kittle and Virginia Zumberge.
She was a 1951 graduate of Celina High School. She was a nurse's aide at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, Gibbons Hospital in Celina, and Roselawn Manor Nursing Home in Spencerville. She was a member of the Erastus Methodist Church in Mercer County and a member of Harry J. Reynolds American Legion Post 191 Auxiliary in Spencerville.
Funeral services are 1 p.m. Wednesday at Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home in Spencerville, the Rev. Kenneth Whetstone officiating. Burial is at Spencerville Cemetery.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or to the American Diabetes Association.
