* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Idajean Bates
Idajean "Jean" Bates, 87, Celina, died at 8 p.m. Feb. 5, 2011, at Mercer County Community Hospital in Coldwater.
She was born Dec. 22, 1923, in St. Marys to William A. and Ruth Schelich Bates.
Surviving are several cousins.
Deceased is a sister, Patricia Ann Bates, and a half-sister, Mary Ellen Bury.
She worked at Stokely Van Camp in Celina and retired from C.B.S. Automotive in Celina in 1990. She was a member of the Celina First Church of God and Northmoor Country Club in Celina. She was a 1941 graduate of Celina High School.
Funeral services are 1 p.m. Tuesday at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home in Celina, the Rev. Richard Van Horn officiating. Burial is at Elm Grove Cemetery in St. Marys.
Calling is 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
