* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Doris Wissman
Doris R. Wissman, 84, New Bremen, died at 4:10 a.m. Jan. 29, 2011, at the Heritage Manor Nursing Center in Minster.
She was born June 27, 1926, in Minster to Albert and Eleanor Beckman Oldiges. On May 18, 1946, she married Jerome A. Wissman, who died Nov. 19, 2007.
Surviving are five children, Mary (George) Chenault, Enon, Margaret George, Yorkshire, Dale Wissman, Beavercreek, Jean (Clayton) Harmon, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and Rose (Tom) Drexler, Celina; 13 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
Also deceased is a great-granddaughter; three sisters, Elinor Pearson, Elizabeth Albright and Mabel Kettler; and three brothers, Dale Oldiges, Wallace Oldiges and Clarence Oldiges.
She was a member of the Church of the Holy Redeemer in New Bremen, where she sang in the choir. She was a member of the New Bremen Senior Citizens and American Legion Post 241 Auxiliary, New Bremen. She was a 1944 graduate of Minster High School. She retired in 1991 from New Bremen Local Schools as a member of the custodial staff. She also worked as a New Bremen area reporter for several newspapers. She was on the editorial staff at The Evening Leader in St. Marys.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Friday at the church, the Rev. Thomas Mannebach officiating. Burial is at Willow Grove Cemetery in New Bremen.
Calling is 3-7 p.m. Thursday at Gilberg-Hartwig Funeral Home in New Bremen and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Friday at the church.
Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
