* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Johnny Chilcoat
Johnny T. Chilcoat, 39, Grantsburg, Ill., died Jan. 17, 2011, at his home.
He was born April 24, 1971, in St. Marys, to Lowell Thomas and Barbara A. Orwig Chilcoat. He married April Holly, who survives.
Also surviving are three children, Amber Holly, Paducah, Ky.; two sons, John Chilcoat II, Wapakoneta, and Andrew Shedain, Wapakoneta; three siblings, Ginger (Harold) Nalley, Grantsburg, Ill., Lowell (Terri) Chilcoat, Wapakoneta, and Minnie Clevenger, Wapakoneta.
Deceased are his parents and three siblings, Benny Chilcoat, Beverly Kelly and Otis Chilcoat.
He attended Wapakoneta High School. He worked as a roofer in the construction industry.
Services are 4 p.m. Saturday at Miller Funeral Home in St. Marys. Burial is at Elm Grove Cemetery in St. Marys.
Calling is 2-4 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
