* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

James Reed
James A. Reed, 70, Coldwater, formerly Union City, died Jan. 22, 2011, at St. Rita's Hospital in Lima.
He was born Oct. 22, 1940, in Detroit, Mich., to Charles Theodore and Harriet May Cowell Reed. He married Jane Hotmire, who survives.
Also surviving is a brother, David (Sally) Reed, Milford, Mich.; three sisters, Mary Ellen (Bill) Chernenkoff, Farmington Hills, Mich., Linda (Jim) McCammon, Traverse City, Mich., Deborah L. Godfrey, Southfield, Mich.
Deceased are two sisters, Nancy Reed and Hazel Reed.
He worked as a truck driver for the Mersman Table Co. in Celina for 30 years. He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran. He was also a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post #7084 in Union City, Ind.
Funeral services are 1 p.m. Saturday at Reichard Funeral Home in Union City. Burial is at Palestine Cemetery in Palestine.
Calling is 4-6 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association and the National Kidney Foundation.
