* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Rose Brandewie
Rose "Rosie" Goffena Brandewie, 75, Sidney, died Jan. 12, 2011, at Fair Haven Shelby County Home in Sidney.
She was born May 24, 1953, to Bryan and Clara Francis Goffena. On Oct. 28, 1953, she married Paul A. Brandewie, who survives.
Also surviving are five children, Michael (Roberta) Brandewie, Maplewood, Curtis (Barbara) Brandewie, Bradford, Lietta Brandewie, Blue Ash, Lori Brandewie, Sidney, and Ann (Robert) Darner, Sidney; three siblings, Frances Gariety, Piqua, Joan May, Castle Berry, Fla., and Joyce (Lester) Hilgefort, Newport; a sister-in-law, Margaret Francis, Cocoa Beach, Fla.; a brother-in-law, Les Brandewie, Celina; eight grandchildren; four stepgrandchildren; four step-greatgrandchildren; four step great-grandchildren; and two stepgreat-grandchildren.
She was a homemaker. She was also a graduate of Russia High School. She attended Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church and was a member of Holy Angles Rosary Society. She belonged to the Sidney American Legion Ladies Auxiliary. She served as a secretary of the Sidney Women's Bowling Association and was inducted into the association's Hall of Fame. She was also a cook at Sidney City Schools (Northwood).
Burial was at the church cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the church maintenance fund, Wilson Hospice Care or a charity of the donor's choice.
